Gaby®
GABY® is a device for the portioned dispensing of bottled drinks, especially of wine and spirits, capable of networking. It uses sealable pouring units for each bottle and features one waiter lock and table assignment.
Functions
- Up to 63 different products with two portions each (single and double).
- Up to 64 Cocktails – with 8 components each and finishing text, e.g. "Lemon please!".
- Weight portioning.
- Time portioning programmable for smallest amounts (<0,2 cl).
- Repeated portions function.
- Recognises rest portions – bafter exchanging an empty bottle, the portion will be completed exactly from the fresh bottle.
- Automatic recognition of different glasses.
- Two price levels.
- Optical sensor – if e.g. an empty bottle is inserted by mistake, the device will recognise this automatically and accordingly not charge the waiter's account.
Gaby DX has an increased range of functions compared to the standard version of Gaby. It is able to manage 4 drink portions per bottle and 250 products; its functions resemble those of the dispenser Mini-Control DX.
